However, due to the nature of prepaid messaging services and real-time message delivery, all purchases are generally non-refundable once SMS credits have been used or delivered through our platform. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: You were charged incorrectly due to a system error or billing mistake. SMS credits were purchased but not used, and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Our system failed to deliver messages due to a technical issue on our side, and no value was received. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for messages undelivered due to user error (e.g., incorrect phone numbers, recipient blocking, or carrier restrictions). Promotional or bonus credits are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion. Refunds are not applicable for delay or failure caused by third-party providers (telecom networks) outside our control.
